UI Battles is a platform that allows users to generate and compare UI implementations from different AI models. The service uses OpenRouter's API to connect with various AI providers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you generate using the service. However, by using UI Battles, you grant us the right to display your generated UIs on the platform.

5. API Key Usage

To use the generation feature, you must provide your own OpenRouter API key. You are responsible for the security of your API key and all usage charges incurred through your account.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
